2. What makes someone an “exceptional talent”?

Exceptional talents are individuals who consistently demonstrate discipline, strong communication, creativity, emotional intelligence, leadership potential, and a genuine willingness to grow, learn, and evolve.

3. How do I get onboarded into your system ?

Once you are accepted into our organization, you make 10k payment for creation of your profile in our system. The payment will also cover for orientation, introduction to the system, and understanding how activities are organized. You will be guided on how to navigate tasks and participate effectively. After onboarding, you are officially integrated into the BUFF ecosystem.

4. Do you offer ongoing support after onboarding?

Yes. We provide ongoing support throughout the academy experience through guidance, accountability, feedback, collaboration opportunities, and personal branding development designed to help talents grow consistently and professionally.

5. What kind of activities will I be expected to participate in as a member?

Activities may include personal branding tasks, content creation, communication exercises, and collaborative projects. Some tasks are designed for learning, while others focus on real-world execution. You may also participate in challenges or growth programs. Each activity is aimed at improving your skills and visibility.

6. How are candidates grouped or selected for different activities?

Talents are grouped based on skill level, performance, and readiness. This helps ensure that everyone is placed in the right environment for growth. Some groups focus on learning, while others focus on execution or branding. Placement is strategic to maximize development.

7. Is joining free, and when exactly does payment come in during the process?

Yes, joining BUFF is completely free at the entry stage. Payment is only required when you choose to access execution-based support services. This includes when BUFF actively helps you carry out specific tasks or projects. The free stage is focused on onboarding and discovery.

8. How long does the onboarding process take before I can start participating in growth activities?

The onboarding process is usually completed within a short structured period. It depends on how quickly you understand the system and complete initial introductions. Once onboarding is done, you are immediately eligible for activities. The goal is to transition you into participation as smoothly as possible.

9. What happens if I miss a task or fail to complete an assigned activity on time?

If you miss a task, it is reviewed based on the situation and context. You may be guided, reminded, or reassigned depending on consistency. Repeated delays can affect your activity level or opportunities. The system encourages accountability and communication.

10. Can I choose the type of activities I want to participate in, or are they assigned to me?

Activities can be either assigned or selected depending on your stage in the system. Beginners are usually guided through assigned tasks for structure. As you grow, you may have more freedom to choose activities. This balance helps ensure both learning and flexibility.

11. How does BUFF track my progress and performance during activities?

BUFF tracks your progress through participation, task completion, and quality of output. Feedback and performance reviews are also used to measure growth. Your consistency and engagement are closely observed. This helps determine your development path within the system.

We work with candidates across various industries; freelancing, tech, fashion, creator, social media, administrative, real estate, health, e-commerce, and more. Our flexible process allows us to adapt to each individual's unique goals and audience.

13. What communication channels will I use to receive updates and instructions?

All updates and instructions are shared through official BUFF communication channels. These may include WhatsApp groups, direct messages, emails or internal platforms. You are expected to stay active and responsive. This ensures you never miss important information.

14. How do you give feedback or corrections after candidates complete an activity?

Feedback is provided after tasks to help you improve and grow. Corrections are communicated clearly so you understand what to adjust. This process is part of your development within BUFF. It ensures continuous learning and performance improvement.

15. Are you into Talent Management or an Academy?

16. Will I be able to move to higher-level tasks or groups over time?
